|
The CR-type
poultry deboner is suitable for use in processing the
skeleton after slaughtering, separating the meat scrap
from the bone. The processed meat can be sold directly
or be used as the raw material and the finished products
of meat foods. The granular bone is processed into gelatinized
bone, which contains various kinds of components such
as calcium, phosphorus, etc. It can be used as an additive
in various kinds of foods and is helpful for the growth
of the young and health care of the aged.
The machine is of simple structure and is convenient to
operate and disassemble. The parts, which are connected
with the meat and bone, are all made of stainless steel.
